Since the training mental health and stress relieve skills was held at August, our company took one day to hold another training about effective communicative skill for seniors and mid-level managerial staff. at the mid of this month.

                     
The one held the post of lecturer is our vice general manager and representative Ms Zhou Fang.
The training focused on nine parts : effective communicative skills, body language skills, interpersonal skill, how to communicate between leader and subordinate etc.
Each part of the cultural activities interspersed with staff perform onstage , group discussion and collective appraise, it makes the action activity ,lively and interesting .
Mr. Deng Yun Hua, The Chairman and President, joined the event and gave a demonstration on efficient communication skills personally.

     After this training ,through questionnaires , trainees gave it high evaluation and expressed they got a lot in the relaxed, fun atmosphere  .it is not only straightaway but also practical strong,
