Bona's 15th Anniversary ceremony was held on 12th November 2010. This great event consists of three parts: presenting flower baskets for great man Deng Xiaoping, outdoor teambuilding activity and the dinner party.
The first part is to present flower baskets to great man Deng Xiaoping. In 1995, Shenzhen Bona Company was founded, owing to Shenzhen's reform and open to the world, Bona has become one of the influential high-tech enterprises of a certain scale in the industry. This year is the 30th anniversary of the establishment of special economic zone; it is also marked the 15th anniversary of Bona. Therefore our company have organized all the staff to come to cherish great man Deng Xiaoping in front of his bronze statue , and to express our gratefulness for the reform and openness. Meanwhile, we hope all the staff could carry forward the innovative spirit, that is exploring, trying and risk universal condemnation, for Bona's sustainable development and new record.
The second part was outdoor teambuilding activity with a topic of "being thankful and working joyfully". This part was challenging but interesting. The professional coaches organized some competitive games about team work. All the employees took part in those activities excitedly. By simulating the five stages of team development, including creation, stirring, specification, execution and rest period, we strengthened the understanding and communication with each other, enhanced teamwork skills.
The dinner party was the third also the most important part. Before entering into banquet hall, all people, including some previous top managements and some honored guests, left their distinctive signatures on the signature wall which witnessed Bona's fifteen-year trails and hardships. The chairman and president Mr. Deng Yunhua made an important and excellent speech before the party and was returned warmly by the staff's applause. In the dinner party, outstanding employee awards were issued, and long-term service awards were issued respectively to the employees who have worked in Bona for five years, ten years and fifteen years. Along with professional actors' wonderful performance, the party came to one climax after another. Everyone relaxed and immersed in the joy of the fruits of development. At the last, the top management came to the stage and joined the chorus of "Everything Will Be Better Tomorrow" which indicated Bona's will have a more brilliant tomorrow.
